Bourbon 1 YR Old

This younger bourbon is aged for just one year, giving it a lighter and more straightforward flavour profile compared to longer-aged bourbons.

Straight Bourbon 2 YR Old

Straight Bourbon must be aged for a minimum of two years, and our 2-year-old offering reflects this standard. It is labelled “straight” to indicate that it has been aged without the addition of any flavouring or colouring agents.

Bourbon 3 YR Old

Our 3-year-old bourbon has spent more time aging in new charred oak barrels, allowing it to develop a richer and more complex flavour profile. The extended aging period enhances the integration of the wood’s influence, bringing forward more pronounced notes of caramel, spice, and a smoother finish.

Kentucky Bourbon

Kentucky Bourbon is a specific designation that refers to bourbon produced in the state of Kentucky, known as the birthplace of bourbon. Kentucky’s unique climate, with its hot summers and cold winters, contributes to the aging process, allowing the bourbon to mature more fully and develop its distinctive flavours. It is highly regarded for its quality and is often seen as the standard-bearer of bourbon whiskey.
